ASEAN University Network(EVEN) Was founded. 2538 According to the ASEAN Summit. 4 Currently there are university members. 21 The Secretariat of the ASEAN University Network.(AUN Secretariat : AUNS)อยู่ ที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย นับตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งจนถึงปัจจุบันเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยอาเซียนได้มุ่งมั่น พัฒนาความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการและศักยภาพของบุคลากรด้านอุดมศึกษาของภูมิภาค ผ่านกิจกรรมหลักด้านอาเซียนศึกษา การแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์และนักศึกษา การทำวิจัยร่วมและการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายข้อมูล และได้ขยายขอบเขตกิจกรรมออกไปอย่างกว้างขวางครอบคลุมความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัย สมาชิกและความร่วมมือกับประเทศคู่เจรจาของอาเซียน(Dialoque ASEAN partners) China, Europe, India, Japan, Korea and Russia.
โดยโครงการให้ทุน International College Student Exchange Programme between ASEAN Members and the Republic of Korea 2009 Is a collaboration between the AUN and Daejeon University, Korea. 20 ทุน ในสาขา ICT ได้แก่ Computer Science,Information & Communication,Computer and Information Technologies หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ผู้สนใจสมัครรับทุนสามารถขอรับรายละเอียดการให้ทุน ใบสมัครและคู่มือการเรียนได้ที่เว็บไซต์ www.aun-sec.org โดยRequested to submit an application with relevant evidence to the Office of the Secretary of the ASEAN University Network and a copy sent by the Daejeon University. 15 January 2552
