2. เป็นชาวไทยที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 – 30 Year (Unaccompanied.)
3. มีหลักฐานทางการเงินเป็นบัญชีออมทรัพย์ 7,000 ดอลลาร์นิวซีแลนด์
4. มีหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับใช้งานได้ดี เช่น
- ผลการสอบ IELTS ไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 หรือ TOEFL TOEIC ที่มีคะแนนเทียบเท่า
- หลักฐานที่แสดงว่าได้ศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา 5 ปี (5 years of secondary
education) Of schools using English as medium of instruction.
- ใบรับรอง หรือประกาศนียบัตรที่แสดงว่าได้สำเร็จการศึกษา / Regular courses.
Higher education. (Post – secondary qualification of 2 years full – time study) Institution where English was the medium of instruction.

7. บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (With a copy.)
8. ใบสมัครที่กรอกรายละเอียดเรียบร้อยแล้ว (Download จาก website www.opp.go.th)
9. บันทึกข้อตกลงที่ผู้ปกครองลงนามเรียบร้อยแล้ว (Download website www.opp.go.th)
10. ทะเบียนบ้านของผู้ปกครอง (With a copy.)
11. บัตรประชาชนของผู้ปกครอง (With a copy.)
