ทุน ดังกล่าวจะมอบให้กับชุมชนและองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนที่มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมด้านการ พัฒนาต่าง ๆ ในประเทศไทยโดยไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ทั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักที่จะสนับสนุนโครงการหรือกิจกรรมด้านการพัฒนาขนาด เล็ก ผู้สมัครขอรับทุนจะต้องไม่เป็นองค์กรที่ดำเนินงานในเชิงพาณิชย์ ซึ่งโดยทั่วไปโครงการต่าง ๆ จะได้รับทุนสนับสนุนราว ๆ 90,000 – 240,000 And up. 300,000 Per project.
