3. Who qualify for the award.
3.1Who qualify for the award must be nominated by individuals or organizations.
3.2Individual awards will be eligible for Thai nationality and must be still alive.
3.3 Agencies have been awarded to the Thai authorities.
4. Criteria.
4.1 บุคคล คณะบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานที่สมควรรับรางวัลจะต้องมีผลงานทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์หรือเทคโนโลยีที่มีคุณภาพเป็นเลิศ ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการที่มีการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างเคร่งครัด หรือสิ่งตีพิมพ์ หรือนวัตกรรม สิ่งประดิษฐ์ หรือผลงานในรูปอื่นที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในวงวิชาการ และ/หรือเป็นประโยชน์แก่สังคมอย่างกว้างขวาง
