การฝึกงานระดับนานาชาตินี้จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปี ซึ่งถือเป็นโอกาสอันดีของทนายความรุ่นเยาว์ในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและประสบการณ์ระหว่างกัน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายทางอาชีพและเสริมสร้างมิตรภาพอันยั่งยืนให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมที่มาจากประเทศต่างๆ
