As the years. 4 อย่างต่อเนื่อง ปีนี้กำหนดหัวข้อว่า“สำนึก ตอบแทน หวงแหน แผ่นดินไทย”โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนมีจิตสำนึกรักและหวงแหนในความเป็นชาติไทย และถ่ายทอดออกมาในรูปแบบของสื่อเอนิเมชั่นสำหรับให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนทั่วไป

-ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องเป็นนักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ ในภาครัฐและเอกชน ไม่จำกัดชั้นปี โดยผลงานเอนิเมชั่นที่ส่งเข้าแข่งขันจะต้องมีเนื้อหาอยู่ภายใต้หัวข้อ “สำนึก ตอบแทน หวงแหน แผ่นดินไทย” ซึ่งมีความยาวไม่เกิน 3 Minutes and only Open Source software.
