โปรแกรมนี้จะเน้นการบริหารการผลิตในระดับ Advanced ผ่านการฝึกแบบ Genba-Genbutsu (actual sites and actual articles) โดยมีการทัศนศึกษาโรงงานญี่ปุ่น 6 Of (วันละ 1 แห่งเพื่อการเรียนรู้โดยละเอียด) เพื่อเน้นการปฎิบัติมากกว่าทฤษฎีโดยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถดึงทักษะของตนเองออกมาด้วยตนเองมากกว่าการฟังบรรยาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร จะต้องเป็นระดับผู้จัดการระดับกลางถึงระดับอาวุโส หรือวิศวกรอาวุโสซึ่งรับผิดชอบการจัดการด้านการผลิตโดยมีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านการบริหารการผลิตที่เพียงพอ เช่น 5S, PM, TQM, JIT เป็นต้นโดยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีและมีอายุระหว่าง 25-50 Year
