Qualifications.

Graduated high school and above.
No registration or status as a student at university in Taiwan, one of the candidates for master's level and above will be waived.

A student exchange with the University in Taiwan.
Not receive grants from government agencies or universities in Taiwan for 5 Years.
It must be a person who is terminated or canceled equity capital of the Chinese Ministry of Education.

Tests of language ability.
