1. ผู้สมัครรับทุนเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าหน่วยงาน หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบและการนำเอาโปรแกรมการศึกษาและฝึก อบรมไปสู่ภาคปฏิบัติ
2. ผู้สมัครรับทุนมีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษดีทั้งพูด ฟัง อ่าน และเขียน
3. ผู้สมัครควรมีความรู้ด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานดี (Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
4. มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงและสามารถเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมได้ตามกำหนด
5. ผู้สมัครรับทุนจะต้องไม่เคยเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมของศูนย์โวคเทคในระยะ 6 Months ago.
6. ผู้ได้รับการพิจารณาให้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจะต้องนำเสนอรายงานเรื่อง “State of the Enterprise-Based or Dual Training System ( EB / DTS) National agencies and examples of technical and vocational courses. (VTET Curriculum) The accompanying presentation.
