คณะกรรมการโครงการคัดเลือกนักศึกษาและครูสอนฟิสิกส์ เพื่อเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมภาคฤดูร้อนของเซิร์น ประกาศขยายเวลาเปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาและครูสอนฟิสิกส์จากทั่วประเทศ เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวิชาการภาคฤดูร้อนร่วมกับตัวแทนจากทั่วโลก เซิร์น (Institutes of CMS Collaboration European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) Particle Physics Research Centre, the largest in the world at the Federation of Quebec City. 15 Oct 2554.
โดยคณะกรรมการฯ จะคัดเลือกนักศึกษาและครูที่มีศักยภาพ คุณสมบัติและจำนวนที่เหมาะสมก่อน จากนั้นจึงนำความขึ้นกราบทูลสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เพื่อทรงคัดเลือกผู้ที่จะเป็นตัวแทนของประเทศไทยไปเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมของเซิร์นต่อไป คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครโครงการมีดังนี้คือ
Program for students. (CERN Programme of Summer Student) 2 People
- Must be a native Thailand.
- Student / students who are studying at the undergraduate years. 4 Or graduate education. 1 A study in Thailand.
- Not exceed five years. 25 Year on opening.
- Studies in the field of physics.
- English is very good communication skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing as well.
For the teacher / instructor in physics. (CERN Programme for Physics High School Teachers) 2 People
- Must be a native Thailand.
- A physics teacher in high school. (High-energy physics) First and teaching in Thailand.
- English is very good.
- Have basic computer skills. (Can use the Internet. )
- Can participate in activities throughout the project.
- The English test for consideration to be received by TOEFL., IELTS and CU-TEP, and the committee will have an interview with the English language.
Recruited to the study visit and workshop at (Public Organization.) Nakhon Ratchasima. 8 Week for students and programs. 3 Week program for teaching physics.
